The first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to Drs. Rumley and Whitehurst and our caring staff. Ours is a patient-centered practice that focuses on each patient's individuality and specific needs.  Each treatment plan is therefore specifically customized for every patient. We encourage questions and do our best to always deliver quality care.

Please take a moment prior to your scheduled appointment in our Raleigh dental office to download our patient forms (New Patients Only).  We ask that you complete the forms and either fax them to us (at 919-847-8173) or bring them with you to your appointment so we may better assist you in a timely manner.
