"I am sending this e-mail to admit to something I never thought I would say. "I love going to the dentist". I started coming to your office in early 2010. I was petrified even when I made the appointment. I knew my mouth was not in the best of shape, but I knew I had to get started. My co-worker recommended your office and told me how gentle the dentist and hygienist are. Well, I said everybody usually says that about their Dr's but I had to start somewhere. Well low and behold......my coworker was right. I have never been to any kind of doctor, dentist, grocery store, department store etc. (I'll stop there I know you get my drift..lol) who makes me feel the way the people in your office make a person feel. Sometimes I have to remember I'm at the dentist's office.

I am very grateful for the professionalism, the smiles, the taking time with me explaining things I do not understand and all the while doing it with beautiful smiles on your faces.

Your office has made a big difference in the way I feel about myself today. When I smile I no longer cover my mouth (all you see is teeth now...lol). I still have a long way to go but I am continuing to work on it.

"I've been a patient with Dr. Whitehurst for many years and now with Dr. Rumley. The dental & administrative staff is friendly, highly trained and very organized & they actually remember you from one visit to the next, you're not just a name on their schedule. I broke my tooth when I was 10 and the dentist before Dr. Whitehurst had to put pins in my tooth to keep the cap in place. As the years went on with wear the pins became more and more visible and the tooth itself wore down. When Dr. Rumley came on board he looked at the tooth and offered an affordable alternative for me to have my tooth repaired which has helped me to smile again without feeling self conscious.

I would like to thank you Dr. Rumley for taking the time to come up with a solution for my tooth and restoring a confident smile.
