Broken Appointment/No-Show Policy
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment with our dentists, we ask that you notify our office within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel your appointment with a 24-hour notice, there is $25 no-show fee. For patients who were scheduled for a restorative treatment, there is a $50 no-show fee when the appointment is not called 24 hours in advance. If you frequently miss scheduled appointments, we reserve the right to dismiss you from the practice.

For patients who have dental insurance to pay for their treatment, our team is happy to help you get the most of your benefits. We are also happy to file your insurance claims and speak to your insurance company on your behalf. Please bear in mind that your dental insurance policy is between you and your insurance company. If your insurance covers less of your treatment cost than anticipated, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

Midtown Dental is pleased to be in-network with Delta Dental Premier. We also accept all other insurances, and are considered out-of-network. If you have any questions about our financial options or policies, and to schedule your next appointment, please feel free to contact our office today!
